then print a copy or save to Smart Phone so you have this information while renting the Lodge or Cabin/s)

Check-in is at 4:00 P.M. 
Check-out is at 10:00 A.M.
Late departures will result in another days charge as cleaner arrives at 10 am and we have many back-to-back bookings.    KRSEL&C property is for registered guest use only.

Kenai River Soaring Eagle Lodge & Cabins books 5 day minimum with 24 hours notice.

SALES TAX:  A 3% Kenai Peninsula Borough County sales tax will be added to the rental rate if not collected upon booking reservation.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION:   Your reservation requires a 50% prepaid rental deposit made by PayPal at the time of making the reservation. Your reservation deposit of 50% prepaid rental fee is refundable should the reservation be cancelled at least 90 days prior to arrival date but a $100 Cancellation Fee will be deducted. Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.   

Your remaining 50%, plus 3% local sales tax on total rental fee are required no later than 90 days prior to your arrival date on Pay Pal.  

If you must cancel during the 90 days prior to your arrival date, you would forfeit the entire reservation (prepaid rent) deposit and applicable local taxes. 

A  $500 Security Deposit Waiver form will be completed and provided upon arrival if booking through KRSELC website via Pay Pal.

CLEAN AND DAMAGE:  A basic cleaning and sanitizing is provided prior to your arrival and upon your departure on the Lodge and Cabins.   Guests are financially responsible for damages and for additional cleaning if necessary due to not leaving the Lodge and/or Cabin/s as required in list below:

If housekeeping finds the Lodge and/or Cabin/s are in an unacceptable condition beyond normal wear and tear; photos will be taken and shared with the renter and an additional charge for actual labor to clean or repair/replace for damage will be charged against your security deposit amount.

You are required to:

  • Wash with soap and hot water all dishes, silverware, utensils, glassware, pots & pans and place back in cabinets.
  • Remove  food items from refrigerator and freezer and wipe out upon departure.
  • Remove your trash and recycling often during rental period and upon final departure and place it in appropriate Borough dumpsters along Funny River Road.  It is important, due to bear activity, that no food or trash be left outside or in your vehicle, and you clean up the kitchen after preparation of a meal to eliminate the smell of cooked food.
  • No fish can be cleaned on property only at river’s edge as per approved river restriction guidelines. Fish can be stored in Lodge or Cabin/s refrigerator or freezers but must be placed in double sealed freezer bags and removed within 24 hours to a processor.

We provide:

  • Cleaning products, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, sponge and scouring pad
  • Toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, coffee filters and trash bags for garbage
  • Salt & pepper and Sugar
  • 1 set of towels (face, hand, bath) and bed linens per person per rental and dish towels.  If you require additional clean or switch out of linens it must be arranged upon reserving and their will be a surcharge added to rental fees.
  • dishware, glassware, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker with filters (no coffee), toaster
  • limited firewood per day for wood burning stove
  • fire pit wood provided
  • 1 car, SUV or pickup vehicle parking per Lodge/Cabin
    (If you have a second vehicle we will do our best to accommodate the vehicle but no trailers or RV allowed on property and no campers on right-a-way).

MANAGER:  The manager or owner/s will be on property upon your arrival.   Please email info@kenairiversoaringeagle.com with your reservation name and expected time and date of arrival.  No arrival should occur after 9 p.m, or before 4 p.m. unless pre-approved by manager.

MAINTENANCE:  When maintenance needs arise during your stay (light bulb burns out in a non-reachable place, leaky faucet, toilet runs,  oven burner not working, etc.), please notify  property manager.   It may be necessary for manager or repair personnel to enter the unit during reasonable hours to perform minor repairs and renters are not required to be on premises.

PETS:  No pets are allowed in the Lodge and Cabins or on the property.  

SERVICE ANIMALS: Mobility, visually or hearing impaired persons have the right to be accompanied by an assistance dog trained to provide assistance to the person with respect to the person’s impairing condition, on any premises that person rents.

SMOKING:   We do not permit smoking inside the lodge or any of our cabins.  Smoking is permitted on the decks (if windows are shut) and grounds.  Please extinguish all cigarettes in ashtrays and dispose of them properly to prevent a fire hazard and keep the grounds well maintained.

PHONE AND EMERGENCIES: Cellular and Internet reception is good for most national carriers on your Smart Phone.  If you need to use a land line notify the caretaker on property and arrangements will be made to accommodate your needs.

     For emergencies call 911 and provide with address 32280 Moonshine Road, Soldotna.

     Fire Station is a block away on Funny River Road.

     Hospital is Central Peninsula Hospital at 250 Hospital Place, Soldotna, AK 99669 off Kenai Spur Highway 907-714-4404.

WOOD BURNING STOVES:  Please make certain your damper is open before lighting a fire and all fires need to be fully extinguished prior to leaving the cabin. Wood will be stored in a wood shed near sauna and available to guest within reasonable use. 1 bucket of firewood per day for wood burning stove not fire pit.

CAMPFIRES : only in designated campfire rings and if you start a fire and it gets out of control you will be held personally and financially responsible, so never leave a fire unattended.  Reserve the right to limit firewood use and restrict camp fires based on local restrictions.

HEAT:   The Lodge and Cabins have a wall heater for your comfort, but please be sure to turn heater thermostat to 55 degrees when not in them.

RV, CAMPERS AND TENTS::  No mobile sleeping units are permitted on the property for additional housing or on the right-away in the community. 

Your payment of money or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement, is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement, our terms and conditions and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER STATEMENT:   All information contained herein is considered to be accurate and truthful.  Kenai River Soaring Eagle Lodge and Cabins, its owners, representatives, and agents assume no responsibility and shall have no liability whatsoever for errors, including without limitations, typographical errors and or omissions. Rates, furnishings, and amenities subject to change without notice. In the event a cabin is unavailable for rental due to fire, water damage, acts of nature, etc. we will do everything possible to find you equal accommodations. If we are not able to do this all rental deposit will be refunded. The renter fully understands that Kenai River Soaring Eagle Lodge and Cabins, its owners, representatives, and agents is not responsible or liable to renter for loss or theft of any of the renter’s personal property, accidents, injury or damage of any nature from any cause to renter (including guests, licenses, or invitees) or acts of God, weather, road, travel or skiing conditions or other recreational activities, or items removed or changed in unit by owner.
